Quinta do pessegueiro branco

A straw color, aromas of honey, tea and cooked pear. Full-bodied, with lemon notes on the palate, excellent acidity, persistent and gastronomic.

Vinification

The harvest took place in September. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation on lees in demi-muid and stainless steel tanks. Aged in barrels for 9 months with stirring.

Vinification

The grapes were partially crushed once pressed. The must was then transported to a stainless-steel vat for alcoholic fermentation using native yeasts. The ageing was in 600-litre barrels with bâtonnage, followed by stainless-steel vat.
